Charles has experience of many types of immigration and asylum matters from first instance appeals to further appeals to the higher court.

Appearing regularly at tribunal level, Charles has undertaken cases in connection with work in the UK, residency, asylum and citizenship. Drafting grounds for appeal and judicial review also forms part of his expertise. He is an Immigration Barrister who regularly visits Newport, Birmingham and London Immigration Tribunals
